Golf operations will continue at the course while the restaurant is closed, the spokesperson said.

The restaurant employee that tested positive last worked in the restaurant Aug. 2, and wore gloves and a mask for the entirety of their shifts.

“As a precaution, we are closing the Clubhouse Grill until further notice and bringing in crews to thoroughly sanitize the clubhouse,” the spokesperson said in a statement posted on the city’s website. “Throughout the pandemic, our staff has routinely disinfected and sanitized all of our workspaces, and we will continue that practice.”

The employee is believed to have had limited, if any, contact with staff members of the golf operations.
