Coronavirus: Corner Kitchen restaurant in Oregon District closing indefinitely

DAYTON — The owners of Corner Kitchen, which has become a staple eatery in Dayton’s Oregon District, announced on Facebook that they will be closing “indefinitely.”

“The challenges of the current pandemic and the affect that it has on restaurant businesses has made us analyze the viability of continuing to operate,” Jack and Natalie Skilliter said.

The couple expressed gratitude toward their customers, and implored them to continue supporting small businesses in the area.

Corner Kitchen initially reopened following the restaurant shutdown, with a limited concept.
