Tiny market allows people to “give what they can and take what they need.”

Jamestown — Some students from the Greeneview School District and local 4-H clubs have teamed up with their parents to create the market on Limestone and West Washington Streets.

“This is important because I know there are people that need food”, said 15-year old Alice Hook.

News Center 7′s Gabrielle Enright saw rice, beans, baby formula, and books while visiting the market.

11-year old Lyriq Stollings helped organize some of the can goods and stock the tiny shelves, "this makes me feel good."

The students got the idea for the market after seeing something similar in Beavercreek. They ask those who want to help to limit donations to food and essential household items.
