WAPAKONETA — Wapakoneta OSP troopers are investigating a fatal accident on Conant Road and Deep Cut Road in Auglaize County.
The victim has been identified as Elaine Mikesell, 78, of Wapakoneta.
The accident occurred Friday afternoon around 5 p.m.
Troopers said that Mikesell failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection and was struck by a second vehicle.
The driver of the other vehicle was transported to St. Ritas Hospital for injuries.
