Miami County prosecutors Monday dismissed three felony rape indictments filed against a Troy man.
Michael E. Slagle, 36, was accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a minor between June 1 and Aug. 21, 2015. He pleaded not guilty in Common Pleas Court and was scheduled to go on trial beginning Tuesday.
The dismissal notice stated “the victim in this matter is no longer cooperative.” Prosecutors stipulated in the dismissal that new charges could be pursued.
Judge Jeannine Pratt approved the dismissal notice.
