Police investigate burglary report at tornado-damaged Trotwood apartment

Police are investigating a burglary report at a tornado-damaged Trotwood apartment complex.

Crews were dispatched to Culzean Drive on reports of a burglary in progress, according to Montgomery County Regional dispatch.

According to dispatch, someone was reportedly trying to break into a vacant apartment that was damaged by the Memorial Day tornado.

Our crew on scene said it seemed that police were looking for someone inside the apartments.
