CLAYTON — A man has learned his punishment for a 2024 crash that seriously hurt a motorcyclist.

Jamichael Stalings was sentenced to up to five years of probation.
He must pay $15,000 in restitution, and his driver’s license will be suspended for a year.
As News Center 7 previously reported, Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) troopers were dispatched at 10:34 p.m. on Westbrook Road near Afton Drive on reports of an injury crash

Stallings was traveling westbound on Westbrook Road when he failed to yield while attempting to turn left onto Hillary Street.
He collided with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle going eastbound on Westbrook.
Medics transported the motorcycle driver, a 75-year-old man, to Miami Valley Hospital with a serious injury.
According to a crash report, a drug test found that Stallings had marijuana in his system at the time of the crash.
