DARKE COUNTY — A 31-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Arcanum Bears Mill Road near Greenville Sunday just after 3 a.m.
Investigators say Jeremy D. Parrish, was traveling south on Arcanum Bears Mill Road near the 6100 block when the black 2007 Chevy truck he was driving traveled off the right side of the road.
Parrish reportedly overcorrected and the vehicle traveled off the left side of the road and struck a tree, the release stated from the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.
Parrish was pronounced dead at the scene.
An accident reconstruction team and a Darke County Coroner’s Office Investigator responded to the scene.
The Darke County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the crash.
