At least 1 in custody after reported fight during traffic stop in Dayton

DAYTON — At least one person is in custody after a traffic stop in Dayton Tuesday.

Montgomery County Regional dispatch confirmed police called a Signal 99, otherwise known as a county-wide call for assistance, during a traffic stop at the BP gas station in the area of Salem Avenue and West Grand Avenue.

Initial reports indicate a fight broke out during the traffic stop.

At least one person has been taken into custody, dispatch said.
