Fire causes significant damage to Greenville home

GREENVILLE — A Greenville home sustained significant damage after a fire broke out Wednesday morning, according to officials.

Multiple departments were requested to the home in the 200 block of Anderson Avenue around 10:45 a.m. and found flames and smoke coming from the back of the home, according to officials.

All occupants of the home were able to safely evacuate and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is unknown and under investigation, according to officials.
