Anthony William Tabor, 38, was indicted Monday by a Montgomery County grand jury on two counts of importuning, a third-degree felony.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

According to Huber Heights police, Tabor contacted the girl through “two different fake Instagram accounts” offering to engage in sexual activity with her.

The girl agreed to meet Tabor at her house, and that’s where police were waiting to arrest him, records show.

“He was subsequently interviewed, at which time he admitted to operating the Instagram accounts with the purpose of talking to (the girl) and to sending the messages to her, knowing she was likely only 12 years old,” a Huber Heights detective wrote in Montgomery County court documents.

Tabor has been held in the Montgomery County Jail since his Nov. 29 arrest.
