DAYTON — A felon just released from prison in August is back behind bars, accused of kidnapping and attempted rape.
Robert Erik Keffer, 41, of Dayton, was indicted Friday on two counts of kidnapping and one count of attempted rape, all with repeat violent offender specifications.
He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
Keffer is being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail, where he has been since his Oct. 29 arrest by Dayton police.
