XENIA — More than 200 Xenia residents were without power on Sunday as Dayton Power & Light worked to replace an underground cable and a transformer, according to a DP&L official.
Heavy rain on Friday may have caused the equipment to fail.
Most of the customers had their power restored by 4:40 a.m. on Monday, according to DP&L.
