WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP — A water rescue response was called to a Washington Township neighborhood Monday night, a Montgomery County dispatch supervisor confirmed.

As reported on News Center 7 at 11:00, authorities received reports that a car was submerged in a pond on Pine Frost Lane around 9:30 p.m.

A Centerville police sergeant on scene told News Center 7 that a car was submerged in the pond, but everyone got out safely.
News Center 7 crews saw officers taking pictures of the scene and looking for tire marks in the yard.
This incident remains under investigation.
