As reported on News Center 7 Daybreak, officers and medics responded at 3:14 a.m. to the 800 block of Xenia Avenue near Boltin Street on reports that a car hit a house.
When firefighters arrived, they found a black SUV hit two homes on Xenia Avenue.
There was also a concern about a possible gas explosion, according to Dayton District Fire Chief Tyler McCoy.
Medics transported several people to an area hospital with “life-threatening injuries,” McCoy told News Center 7′s Xavier Hershovitz.
Crews got the SUV out of the house.
Dayton firefighters and officers have blocked off Xenia Avenue and Boltin Street.
