An initial investigation showed that Mr. Creed drove a motorcycle eastbound on Chapel Road. It attempted to pass a vehicle going eastbound when it hit a 2008 Saturn Astra going westbound on Chapel Road.
A juvenile drove the Saturn, the OSHP spokesperson said.
Creed was not wearing a helmet and died at the scene.
Medics transported the juvenile driver to the hospital. The teen driver was wearing a seatbelt, OSHP stated.
The crash remains under investigation.
