CLARK COUNTY — UPDATE @ 8:00 P.M.
A driver suffered serious injuries after a suspected OVI crash in Clark County on Sunday night.

State troopers from the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) and medics responded around 6:25 p.m. to the 5300 block of Old Columbus Road on a reported crash, according to an OSHP dispatcher.

Photos show that state troopers blocked off Old Columbus Road. The road has since reopened.
A state trooper told our news crew that it is being investigated as an OVI crash.
A female driver hit a tree, a fence, and missed a house and a person, according to the trooper.
CareFlight transported the driver to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
