A preliminary investigation found that a black Cadillac SRX was stopped eastbound on Children’s Home Bradford Road at the U.S. Route 127 intersection. While at the posted stop sign, the Cadillac’s driver failed to yield the right-of-way to a northbound maroon 2015 GMC truck.
The two vehicle consequently collided.
