SPRINGFIELD — UPDATE @ 11:15 a.m. (Oct. 15):
Elizabeth Crum, the missing Springfield woman who was the subject of a statewide missing adult alert, has been located and is safe, a spokesperson for the Ohio Masonic Home told News Center 7.
Crum was located late Friday morning after she returned to the campus, the spokesperson said.
FIRST REPORT (Oct. 14):
An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued statewide for a missing woman from Springfield.
According to police, Elizabeth Crum, 74, drove away from The Ohio Masonic Home on Oct. 11 and has not returned.

Crum suffers from Dementia and law enforcement are concerned for her safety.
Crum is a White female, 5′2″ tall and 200 lbs. She has blonde hair and brown eyes.
Police say she was last seen wearing a blue top and dark pants. She left with a red suit case and her dog, a small Yorkie mix.

Crum drives a gray 2017 Dodge Caravan with OH plate number JMV4606.
Anyone who sees Crum is asked to call 911.
