DAYTON — UPDATE @ 4 p.m.:
One person is dead, and another is hurt after a shooting in a Dayton neighborhood on Friday.

The shooting was reported around 1:13 p.m. in the 2100 block of Piccadilly Avenue, according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.

When police arrived, they found two men shot.
Both were taken to the hospital, where one victim later died, according to Sgt. Creigee Coleman with the Dayton Police Department.
Coleman said investigators searched a home in the area to make sure there were no other victims.
Police are asking for any witnesses or anyone with a doorbell camera video of the shooting to come forward and contact police at 937-333-COPS or 937-222-STOP.
