The charges stemmed from the March 21, 2017, shooting death of 32-year-old Peter Underwood.
Grieco told 911 dispatchers that she accidentally shot Underwood while trying to unload a gun to keep him from killing himself.
She originally was charged with reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter and domestic violence, to which she pleaded not guilty in August 2017.
