West Carrollton Schools kick-off a Pirate PALS (Parents Assisting for Learning Success) program Tuesday night using the WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) at Russell Elementary.
WATCH D.O.G.S. is a program used by schools across America to encourage adults to have a positive impact on student’s lives by showing commitment to the school, according to a release. Their time may be spent assisting in a classroom, playing at recess, eating lunch with students, watching school entrances and hallways and assisting with traffic flow, read the release.
