MONTGOMERY COUNTY — The technical issue T-Mobile customers were experiencing while calling 911 has been resolved, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office confirmed. .

As reported on Tuesday, T-Mobile customers who called 911 could often hear the dispatchers, but the dispatchers could not hear them.

The issue impacted multiple dispatch centers across Montgomery County, as well as the region.
“T-Mobile has confirmed that the issue was specific to their network and has taken corrective measures to fully restore service. T-Mobile customers can now call 911 without any disruptions,” a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office said.
