SPRINGBORO — Clearcreek Elementary School in Springboro had an unexpected visitor Thursday, as police removed a snake from the playground.

Sgt. Turpin of the Springboro Police Department was dispatched to the school and was brave enough to remove the snake without incident.

No students or officers were harmed in the removal and the snake did not disrupt the normal school schedule.
