CENTERVILLE — Police have identified the driver who allegedly fled the scene of a August 2016 hit and run crash.

Heather Holand was questioned by Centerville police and according to authorities will be charged with vehicular assault, tampering with evidence, insurance fraud and failure to stop after accident.
Holland is not in custody.
