The judge asked Flynn whether he was a flight risk.
“Sir, I just want to take care of my daughters. I’m not a risk,” he said tearfully.
Caleb’s bond was set at $2 million.
Police confirmed they used a backhoe to lift a shed in the home’s backyard to check under it.
A detective wrote in police reports that, “he observed the center console of the 2024 truck was open as he was clearing the house, and that is the location that Calbem told him his gun was at.”
Those reports showed that police found two shell casings at the foot of the bed where they discovered Ashley.
There is no mention in reports or court documents of a weaponbeing uncovered.
Even if Caleb makes bond, a judge told him he cannot contact his daughters.
