COLUMBUS — A man was given a life sentence for shooting and killing an Ohio rapper two years ago.

Travis Ingram Jr., 23, of Canton, pleaded guilty to murder with a firearm specification, felonious assault with a firearm specification, and two other counts of felonious assault in Franklin County Common Pleas Court, our news partners at WBNS reported.

He was sentenced to a life sentence with the possibility of parole after 21 years.
The charges were in connection to the deadly shooting of 37-year-old Charles Smith, a Columbus rapper known as B Att.
The shooting happened in January 2023 at The Doll House Columbus after Smith’s performance.
As WBNS reported, Ingram reportedly shot at Smith with a Glock pistol equipped with a 50-round drum magazine. Smith was hit and killed.
Three dancers were also hit and injured in the shooting.
Ingram was arrested nearly a month after the shooting in Stark County.
