HARRISON TWP., Montgomery County — A Dayton man has been indicted for injuries he’s accused of causing after allegedly fleeing from police and crashing into a residence on Fleetwood Drive last month.

Dairrion Ivory, 30, was indicted Friday by a Montgomery County grand jury, according to records.

Ivory’s arraignment is set for Thursday on two counts of aggravated vehicular assault and three counts of felony fleeing and eluding.

Deputies attempted to initiate a traffic stop Aug. 14, from which Ivory was accused of fleeing. Ivory later crashed into a house on Fleetwood Drive, injuring two residents, deputies said.
