Six other charges were dismissed.
Findley is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 19.
The plea was filed less than a week before Findley was scheduled to go on trial.
The former teacher was indicted on seven felony charges of pandering obscenity and pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor in September 2017.
The indictment accused the former teacher of promoting the sale of or spreading obscene material in August 2016.
