Crews were called to the house in the 2200 block of Gipsy Drive around 10:30 a.m.

Heather Stewart, 40, was arrested at the house and booked into the Montgomery County Jail. Formal charges against Stewart are still pending, jail records show.

“She set it on fire then she left,” the 911 caller told dispatchers. “She took off down the street.”

Harrison Twp. Fire Chief Mark Lynch said firefighters arrived to find the second floor of the house burning.

Firefighters were told that the two people living at the house made it out uninjured, however one of the residents attempted to go upstairs to extinguish the flames when they were met with intense heat.

Lynch estimated damage to the home around $20,000.
