Endangered missing adult alert cancelled for Clark County man

Marvin Shoemaker has been found safe.

An endangered missing adult alert has been issued by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Marvin Shoemaker, who reportedly drove away from his Medway residence Tuesday morning and has not been seen since.

Shoemaker lives on Wellington Avenue and was last seen at 7 a.m. Tuesday morning. Shoemaker is a white male, 76, and is 5’5’’ tall, weighing 150 pounds.  He was last seen wearing light black jeans and a blue polo shirt.

The vehicle involved is a maroon 2008 Chevrolet HHR with Ohio plate number BHM4399. Shoemaker suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and is required to take his medicine, which he does not have with him.
