UPDATE: Driver, 3 children transported to hospitals after Greene County crash

UPDATE @ 4:10 P.M.:

Sgt. Jason Cadle, with Ohio State Highway Patrol, said three children and one adult were transported to area hospitals after a crash involving two pick-up trucks on SR 4 near Bath Road.

Cadle said a red pick-up truck was traveling southbound on SR 4 when a blue pick-up truck pulled out in front of it to attempt to turn onto SR 4 off of Bath Road.

The driver and three children inside the red truck were transported as a precaution, according to Cadle.

The red pick-up truck hit the blue pick-up truck in the back, causing the blue truck to spin and come to rest facing the opposite direction.

Cadle said there were no injuries reported in the blue truck, which was occupied by two adults and a child.

INITIAL REPORT:

Crews are responding to an accident in Greene County involving at least two pickup trucks.

Greene County dispatch confirmed the accident happened on SR 4 near Bath Road.
