FAIRBORN — Another Frisch’s in the Miami Valley is set to close soon.

The Frisch’s in Fairborn is set to close this week.
News Center 7 called the location on Colonel Glenn Highway Tuesday morning and a worker confirmed the location is closing tomorrow, Dec. 11.

On Monday, it was confirmed that the Frisch’s in Tipp City would be closing next week. An employee confirmed the restaurant would close on Dec. 20.
Several Frisch’s across the Miami Valley have closed over the last month.
As reported on News Center 7 earlier this month, lawyers for NNN Reit, LP, the landlord for more than 60 Frisch’s locations in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas, asked a magistrate for eviction orders for several restaurants.
In court documents, NNN Reit says Frisch’s has fallen behind on rent at the 65 locations it leases from the company and owes them more than $4.5 million in back rent.
