MIAMI COUNTY — Lawyers for Caleb Flynn have filed a notice of appeal.
Flynn is asking the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals to reverse the judgment handed down to him on Monday.

He was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.
Flynn was found guilty on nine charges last week, including aggravated murder, murder, and tampering with evidence.
“I will continue to fight for my innocence as long as the lord allows me to,” Flynn said in court.

Once Flynn is appointed a new attorney, they will have to prove to an appellate judge that his rights were violated during the trial.
