Only immediate family was present, Sherick said in her social media post.

“I want to say thanks to everyone at Soin and my family along with Brice's!” she wrote. “They all helped make it a truly special day for mom that was put together in two days!”

Sherick’s mother passed away Wednesday afternoon after being transferred to Hospice of Dayton, she said.
