A mother crashed into another vehicle on Beaver Valley Road with her 11-year-old son in the vehicle and police said she was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.

Tracy Setser was charged with endangering children, resisting arrest, menacing criminal damaging and reckless operation in addition to the OVI charge, police said.
Setser was driving north in the 1500 block of Beaver Valley on June 2 around 4:30 p.m., when she struck a guardrail before driving back on the road and crossing the double yellow line, police said. After crossing the line, Setser struck another vehicle and went off the road, rolling her vehicle onto its top, according to investigators.
During the arrest, Setser started resisting and while being transported to jail she began kicking the windows and doors of the police cruiser, causing damage, police said.
