The chase traveled into Springboro and continued north into Montgomery County before returning south into Clearcreek Township.
At State Route (SR) 48 and SR 73, the car drove over a curb, and the driver, Ja’Tydrick Johnson, and passenger, Daniel Schroer, were taken into custody.
Schroer was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants, while Johnson will be charged with receiving stolen property and failure to comply with both felony offenses.
Johnson told police after the chase, “I was told to not run from Franklin Police” he wished he would have listened to his friends.
Both men are currently in Warren County Jail.
