Woman indicted for Sumit Square homicide

DAYTON — Kenyatta Davonna Miliner has been indicted on the fatal shooting of a Dayton man.

The shooting took place on May 24, 2020 on Summit Square.

The victim, Shareef Tillman, was taken to Miami Valley Hospital where he later died from a gunshot wound to the torso, according to Montgomery County Coroner Dr. Kent E. Harshbarger.

The investigation determined an argument occurred between a couple of people at the apartment complex. Police say Miliner then took a firearm from a male and fired shots directly into the crowd gathered.

Miliner has been indicted on two counts of murder and two counts of felonious assault.

A warrant has been issued for Miliner’s arrest.
