In November, Springfield Primary Health Care on East High Street in Springfield and Shrewsbury’s home on Scanlon Lane were raided. Investigators reported they seized evidence that included prescription medications and patient records.

Shrewsbury was under investigation for allegedly operating a pain clinic without a proper license and illegally issuing prescriptions for controlled substances, according to the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
