A 51-year-old Dayton man was indicted Friday on two counts of rape.
Darren E. Rainey is charged in a June 18 incident in which he is accused of forcing a woman known to him to engage in sex acts, according to Greg Flannagan, Montgomery County prosecutor’s spokesman.

He is to be arraigned Tuesday in county Common Pleas Court.
Rainey remains locked up on $500,000 bond in the Montgomery County Jail, where he’s been since he was arrested at his home Sept. 7.
