The charges stem from a Sept. 4 incident in which he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman known to him, said Greg Flannagan, spokesman for the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

Moore remains locked up without bond in the Montgomery County Jail, where he has been since he was arrested Sept. 5 at his home, jail records show.

He is to be arraigned Tuesday in county Common Pleas Court.
