Coronavirus: Premier Health resumes mobile mammogram service

MIAMI VALLEY — Some have had their routine mammogram screening interrupted by the coronavirus pandemic and Premier Health is providing a service to help those screenings occur.

A mammogram vehicle will be making stops in Southwest Ohio, according to a release sent by Premier Health.

“Cancer does not take a break, no matter what is going on in the world,” said Rhonda Seidenschmidt, vice president of operations, at Atrium Medical Center.

“Resuming mobile mammography services is important because early detection can save lives when it comes to a breast cancer diagnosis.”
