The two officers who were sent to the address said the Glock was loaded with a 30-round magazine and it had a malfunction with more than one round attempting to feed into the chamber, according to the report.

The Glock 26, known as the “Baby Glock,” is a semiautomatic pistol designed as a smallish 9mm that has a stubby pistol grip and shortened slide. It has a base 10-round capacity magazine, but there are other counts made available to the Glock 26 including magazines that hold as many as 33 rounds, according to militaryfactory.com.

One of the officers, Jared Burson, took the gun from the resident.

Officers Burson and Hall tagged the weapon and the the rounds into the police department property room.
