WRIGHT PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE—It will be another cold start, but a major warming trend will get underway by late afternoon, said Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell.

After starting out in the upper teens, temperatures will climb into the middle 40s under partly cloudy skies. Clouds will increase through the night into Wednesday before rain arrives Wednesday evening. Despite the clouds, temperatures will make it into the 50s Wednesday afternoon.

Rain will be likely Thursday with some heavy rain possible in the evening. Temperatures will top out near 60 degrees Thursday, which may help fuel a thunderstorm late in the day.
