DAYTON — As October started Tuesday, Dayton’s high temperatures not only broke records for the day, but also became the warmest October day for the month on record.

Dayton will be warmer than Las Vegas, NV, Jacksonville FL and Houston TX today.
The records broken in Dayton Tuesday were more than 100 years old.
Cincinnati, Cleveland, Huntington, WV, Asheville NC and Rochester, NY also broke heat records yesterday.
