UPDATE 5:41 P.M.: Officials at the game says lightning was spotted near the stadium at 5:32 p.m., meaning the earliest for a re-start would be after 6 p.m.
The thunderstorms that traveled through the Miami Valley this afternoon are affecting the Ohio State vs. Tulsa game.
The game has been delayed due to lightning. The Buckeyes wee leading 13-3 at halftime before the game was delayed. The ABC halftime crew announced the delay shortly after the end of the first half.
Per NCAA rules, if lightning is spotted within 10 miles of the venue, the game must be delayed 30 minutes.
