CLEVLAND — The Cleveland Browns have signed a free agent ahead of the upcoming season.

The Browns signed punter Joseph Charlton, according to the Brown’s Twitter page.
Charlton spent the off-season in 2022 with the Browns in a training camp.
This will be Charlton’s third NFL season out of the South Carolina Gamecocks. He was originally signed by the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent in 2020.
