Expect a mix of sun and clouds with highs rebounding to near 40 degrees. However, breezy conditions through the day will make it feel colder.

Scattered clouds will linger tonight before clearing Thursday. Lots of sunshine is expected Thursday into Friday, but a reinforcing shot of arctic air will hold temperatures into the lower 30s with overnight lows dipping into the upper teens by Friday morning.
