DETAILED FORECAST:

OVERNIGHT: Clouds increase overnight with showers and storms moving in from the northwest towards morning. The best chance for storms will be after 5 a.m. An isolated strong to severe storm is possible, mainly north. The primary severe threats will be damaging winds or hail. Overnight lows hold in the 50s.

TUESDAY: Showers and storms will be ongoing in the morning. An isolated strong storm is possible with heavy rain expected. The Miami Valley will dry out during the day aside from an isolated showers or storm in the afternoon. It will be very warm in the lower 70s. More storms possible into the night, especially after midnight. Storms again could become severe. Wind will be the main threat but hail or a brief spin-up can’t be ruled out. More localized heavy rain and possible flooding.

WEDNESDAY: A few lingering showers and storms push through the region around or before sunrise. Dry time again develops during the day. Highs climb back to around 70 degrees. Clouds will break for some afternoon sunshine. More rain showers develop Wednesday night. Winds increase, too.

THURSDAY: Morning showers quickly come to an end then dry and windy move in for the rest of the day. Temperatures will be cooler with highs in the middle 50s.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny and chilly to end the week. Some patchy frost possible early with temperatures in the middle 30s. Highs for the afternoon will top out in the upper 40s.

SATURDAY: Morning sun will give way to afternoon clouds. Becoming breezy, but slightly milder with highs in the middle 50s.
