West Carrollton police are asking for the public's help in identifying a woman accused of stealing alcohol from a liquor store and using the bottle to strike an employee.
Around 6:50 p.m. Jan. 16, an employee of The Little Farm Liquor in the 800 block of East Dixie Drive observed a black female suspect conceal alcohol and attempt to leave the store. As the employee attempted to investigate the situation, the suspect struck the employee in the head with a bottle of alcohol, according to a release.
The suspect and two other women got unto a vehicle and fled the scene.
The employee suffered injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
